Pet Policy

Parkwood is a pet friendly park, but, unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottages. We are unable to accept the following breeds of dogs: Rottweiler, Pit Bull, and Doberman. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Pet owners are required to pick up and dispose of pet waste.

Cancellation Policy

Non-event dates:
In order to receive a refund, please cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date of your original reservation.
Reservations not cancelled 48 hours prior will result in the loss of your payment.
A $10 processing fee will be retained for all cancelled reservations.

Event dates:
In order to receive a refund, please cancel at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date of your original reservation.
Reservations not cancelled 7 days prior will result in the loss of your payment.
A $10 processing fee will be retained for all cancelled reservations.

Reservations of 7 days or more:
In order to receive a refund, please cancel at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date of your original reservation.
Reservations cancelled less than 2 weeks prior will result in the loss of your payment.
A $10 processing fee will be retained for all cancelled reservations.

No refunds will be issued for early departures.
